Free shipping is available for orders over $50 within the United States.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of receipt. If items are out of stock or unavailable, shipping may be delayed until all items are available. Our customer support team will notify you of any backorders or delays.

Orders placed online may not be processed until the next business day. For expedited shipping requests, please contact us at support@kavakrave.com.

Kava Krave ships within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS, and other carriers. Note that USPS does not deliver to UPS mailboxes; a physical address is required (no UPS PO boxes for USPS packages).

Kava Krave does not offer international sales or shipping due to import restrictions in certain countries. All sales and shipments are limited to the United States.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from kavakrave.com.
  • We refund the product purchase price; original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the error is on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).
  • Opened pouches are OK, but we do require that you return any remaining product in order to process your refund.
  • Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@kavakrave.com within 30 days of your purchase and include:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Shipping address
    • Product name and lot code
    • Brief reason for the return

  2. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Ship the remaining product back to us. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement (timing may vary by bank).

If you purchased from an authorized reseller (including marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart), please contact that seller directly to process your return. This policy does not apply to purchases from unauthorized resellers.
